The 5S system can be applied to every aspect of our lives. It provides a lean, standardized environment in any area where it is implemented, which ultimately saves valuable time.
How is it applied?
First, a pilot area is selected. The system is implemented there, and operational standards are established. Based on these standards, visual process cards are prepared and displayed in the relevant workspaces. By training employees using these visual cards, we ensure that every operation is performed consistently by everyone. This standardized production directly leads to a significant increase in customer satisfaction.
1. SORT (Seiri) ➔
